Math Beast Tutoring

Hi there friend! I'm so happy you are here! 

       I can imagine that the reason you are here is because you, or someone you care about, is beginning to struggle with Mathematics at the Pre-Algebra level?.  I want to start off by saying that YOU ARE NOT ALONE, AND IT IS NOT HOPELESS!  Because I got you now.  I have helped hundreds of students of all ages go from failing and frustrated, to succeeding and confident.  With over 16 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I have seen the obstacles that student's face in the transition from arithmetic to algebra.  Things that some traditional Mathematics teachers tend to forget to mention, and little details that fail to be explained can sometimes be all the difference between understanding and total confusion.  

       Over these many years I have created, tweaked, altered, and fine tuned various methods for the teaching of Algebra, and have taught several other teachers who have worked for me at my Education Center, American Elite Academy, to teach students using this proven method.  It is our belief that everyone is a Mathematician in their own way, and our goal to help everyone break the cycle of arithmophobia and find their inner math. 

       Did you know that 80% of college students with a math requirement for their degree, will be forced to walk away from their degree because they are unable to meet that requirement?   Since about 60% of college students will have a math requirement, that is 48% (NEARLY HALF) of all college students who walk away from their dream futures.  All because of Math?!?! 

48% of students are forced to walk away because they "didn't have what it took" to pursue and fulfill their dreams.  

48% of college students will end up with jobs they don't like, in careers that are unfulfilling to them because somewhere along the line of their education, they got caught in a math whirlpool, and were never taught properly how to SWIM.  

       So, I have extrapolated the many facets and concepts of Algebra into 7 Basic Principles, and broken down each principle into bite sized modules that are simple and much easier to understand.  I can personally promise that after working through these modules, attending the weekly Group Warm Ups, and participating in the Q and A board, students will feel much more confident in their ability to learn and apply the truly beautiful concepts of Algebra.
